WHAT WE DO

At Donnor Consulting  we offer diverse, equitable and inclusive and anti-racist training and consulting services. We utilize research-based strategies to increase feelings of trust, belonging and connection.  Our approach is unique in that we utilize a trauma informed and restorative approach to help organizations cultivate antiracism and equity and navigate conflicts related to diversity and inclusion inclusion.
